Responsibilities:

• Responsible for answering call/ticket issuance and provides guest with information on flight schedule, availability and fare quotation.
• Handles and resolves customer complaints.
• Maintains excellent relationship with clients by provide them with pertinent information
• Accepts flight reservations and records it into the reservations system.
• Promotes other 5J products and services such as Ancillaries.
• Coordinates with other departments regarding escalated concerns, as assigned.
• Validates documents for Name Change, Name Correction, Meda Case and Death Case, as assigned.
• Execute duties that will assure ticketing policies and procedures are implemented.

Qualifications:

• Must be College graduate
• With good attention to details, must be personable & with initiative
• Must have good customer service orientation
• Willing to work in Tokyo
• Can start immediately
• Proficient in written & spoken JAPANESE, ENGLISH and FILIPINO
