・一人で仕事を回せる即戦力をお持ちの方

・数字が見れる方

・セールスマーケティング系で5年程度経験のある方

・ソーシャルメディアに慣れている方

・デジタルマーケティングの経験がある方（特に工業系、航空業界）

・プロジェクトを一人で全部できる方

・プロジェクトリード経験が豊富な方

・指示待ちではなく、セルフスターターかつリーダーシップ（リードセルフ）の方

・いくつもの業務を同時に回せる方

・社内外においてコミュニケーションを取れる方

・マネージャー手前くらいの能力

Marketing executive(Manager Candidate)

Work Location：Nagoya

・Deal with the tasks alone and hit the ground

・Understand the figures

・5 years experience as a marketing relation

・Used to use social media

・Digital marketing experience (Industrial and aviation field)

・Manage the project alone

・Amount of the experience for leading the project

・Having self starter and leadership skill (lead self)

・Multitasking at the same time

・Good communication with internal and external

・Experience and ability is same as a manager
