業務内容

1.  Assist HR and administrative duties such as recruitment, social insurance enrollment, attendance management and termination.

2. Serve as the office management liaison and oversee emergency preparedness.

3. Oversee office maintenance, cleanliness, and procurement of supplies.

4. Manage company assets, phone bills, utility bills, and property insurance.

5. Handle incoming and outgoing mail deliveries.

6. Coordinate travel and hotel arrangements, as needed, ensuring that corporate travel policies are followed.

7. Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Work Condition:

1. Non-shift work (8:30-17:30)

2. Holidays: Follow public holidays as announced by the Japanese government.

3. Leave: Including but not limited to Annual Leave, Summer Leave, Marriage Leave, Maternity Leave and Menstrual Leave.

Compensation:

1. Basic Salary: JPY 220,000-400,000

    *3 month probationary period upon hire.

2. Bonus: Summer bonus and winter bonus

3. Allowance: Including but not limited to meal allowance, position allowance, family allowance and transportation subsidy.

応募資格/条件

1. Bachelor’s degree and above.

2. 2+ years of office administration experience.

3. Microsoft office skills.

4. Excellent command of spoken and written Japanese and English.

5. Fluency in Chinese is a plus.

6. Possess the legal right to work in Japan.
