We are currently looking for a Marketing Executive for our Tokyo port. This role will include –
Overall
- Collaborate with team members and internal and external stakeholders (e.g. regional tourism agencies and ad/PR agencies) to develop plan and deliver key marketing projects and initiatives, on time and on budget
- Maintain a communications calendar of Marketing activities, and monitor competitor activity
- Budget management, including forecasting and reporting
- Support marketing manager and other team members to produce and publish high quality marketing outputs, including digital content, presentations and campaign reports that are on brand, accurate and compelling
Brand/Marketing Comms
- Deliver brand programmes that drive awareness and preference on Air NZ, such as safety videos and global marketing campaigns
- Supervise various collateral creation to ensure alignment with Air NZ brand guidelines
- Liaise with third party corporates (e.g. Tourism NZ) to plan & deliver JV marketing activities
Online Marketing
- Liaise with Online Manager and team members to implement online activities such as planning of website/EDM, artwork production for digital activities, etc.
PR/Social Media
- Plan insightful PR calendar and work with team members to deliver effective PR activities, including media release, media family, and other media-related activities
- Implement Air New Zealand and JV (with TNZ, etc) events targeting trade, media and consumers
- Support team members to plan social media activities with strategic view
Work Experience/Skills
- 5 years+ marketing experience, preferably with some PR experience as well
- Strong customer orientation; communication and relationship-building skills with a collaborative approach
- Familiar with digital processes, metrics and analysis and database management
- Some design experience (InDesign/Photoshop) is beneficial
- Experience in handling social media is beneficial
- Ability to work in English
