業務内容
1. Assist with the timely planning and implementing of sales strategies and programs.
2. Maintain and develop relationships with existing agents via meetings, phone calls and emails; visit potential agents to prospect for new business.
3. Ensure safekeeping, control and proper usage of accountable documents.
4. Ensure urgent cases are handled timely.
5. Research, gather and report the latest developments in the airline industry and travel market.
6. Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
7. Work Location: Tokyo / Osaka / Fukuoka.
Work Condition:
1. Non-shift work (8:30-17:30)
2. Holidays: Follow public holidays as announced by the Japanese government.
3. Leave: Including but not limited to Annual Leave, Summer Leave, Marriage Leave, Maternity Leave and Menstrual Leave.
Compensation:
1. Basic Salary: JPY 220,000-400,000
*3 month probationary period is required.
2. Bonus: Summer bonus and winter bonus
3. Allowance: Including but not limited to meal allowance, airport allowance, position allowance, family allowance and transportation subsidy as applicable.

応募資格/条件
1. Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required.
2. 2+ years of sales related experience in airline or travel related industry.
3. Microsoft office skills.
4. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
5. Resourceful, skilled in problem-solving and be able to handle difficult/stressful situations.
6. Written and spoken fluency in Japanese; ability to communicate in English.
7. Ability to work in an operation that covers a 24-hour period which includes weekends and holidays and day/evening/overnight shifts that could vary throughout the year in the future.
8. On occasion, be offered voluntary overtime and required to work mandatory overtime.
9. Previous airline experience preferred.
10. Possess the legal right to work in Japan.
11. Demonstration of skills and knowledge in Amadeus systems a plus.
12. Fluency in Chinese is a plus.
13. Possess the legal right to work in Japan.
