Regulatory Affairs (30%)

  • Prepare the necessary filings to Japan CAB such as flight schedule/aircraft/safety program;
  • Prepare, submit, and archive the applications for route subsidies;
  • Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports to the Government / airport offices;
  • Handle general enquiries from the Government / airport offices.

Administrative duties (70%)

  • Manage the budget for necessary administrative expenses in the Tokyo office;
  • Maintaining supply inventory;
  • Help organizing and maintaining office common areas;
  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned;
  • Handle invoices pertaining to the company’s commercial and operational activities in Japan with proper filings;
  • Coordinate with Finance Department on the payments of all outstanding invoices.

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least 2 years’ work experience, with 1 year in the aviation industry;
  • Good command of English (spoken and written);
  • Independent with good team spirit and a sense of responsibility;
  • Right to work and abode in Japan;
  • Willing to travel as required.

Desirable Qualities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Sensitive to figures;
  • Good track record of filings;
  • Attention to details;
  • Able to work independently under pressure;
  • An excellent team player.
